Yes it is true. Every business is a marketing business. Because if you don’t make sales your business is not going to survive for long.
But people who get focused on marketing can sometimes forget that once you make the sale, you have to deliver the product or services that you have sold.
This is called “product fulfillment” and if you do not do it properly then once again, your business is not going to survive for long.

Delighting customers by excellent delivery and service is a major differentiation for small business, as you care much more than larger institutions who see customers more as a number.
So make sure you can deliver exactly what you promise, and then do it!
